InterfaceWIP

Some1 asked me to do an interface for them. The program is a system monitering app. The defualt will be a single window, expandable up-to 10, and they will kinda branch out tree like from one another. The black center is obviously where the meter will be, and the outlines at top/right will prolly be buttons. Ie for file/plug-in/exit ect....This is most definitly a WIP, it's nowhere near completion. I'm thinkin of adding some rust to the outside borders..wudda think?

Comments will be GREATLY appreciated, as I want this to look as good as possible for my client. So if u think it sucks--say so, but then please tell me what i can do better.
